Athletics and Marching Band Physicals will be held on Tuesday, August 3 at 3:00 pm in the gym
Physicals will be given on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 3:00 pm in the gym. Parents MUST complete the top portion of the form listed in the link below and answer ALL of the questions on the front page. Both the parent and student MUST sign and date the form. Should you need a form, you can stop by our High School Office at 8:00 am. The physical will be free of charge to you and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
